EXCHANGE AND RETURNS

Any online purchase can be returned to our warehouse within 14 working days after receiving the purchase. If you wish to return an item, please fill in the return form and send it back to the return address. Instructions are provided in the return form.

– In case of returns, products cannot be worn or washed

– All products must be returned in the original packaging

– Customers are charged for the return fees 

– Provide sufficient postage on the package

REFUNDS

After reception refunds will be processed within 7-15 working days. Please provide your IBAN and BIC numbers completely on the return form so that we can deal with your return quickly. Shipping fees will not be refunded. 

WHAT IF MY RETURN IS NOT ACCEPTED?

Retuns will only be denied when it does not follow the guidelines. If a product is sent back to us and we cannot credit you this purchase, we will not return it to you. If you wish your product to be returned, shipping costs based on your location must be paid by means of a bank transfer. Otherwise the product will remain in our possession.

AVAILABILITY 

When purchasing or exchanging an item it is always possible that purchased item cannot be processed due to it being out of stock. In that case, we cancel the order and contact the customer through e-mail. 

LOST AND MISSING ITEM

RYHFF is not responsible for any lost, missing or damaged items. After shipping the purchased item the responsibility of the item is in hands of the carrier.
